One: drawing information only.

If you are experienced, manage your own project and purely need fast, good quality drawing information, the express service will provide great value for money.

  • Building Regulations packages

  1. Fill out the request form telling us exactly what you need

  2. We’ll send you a fixed fee and timeframe to produce drawings

  3. If you agree, we’ll send the first draft for approval as promised.

Service Limitations:

  • No follow up/post drawing support

  • Submissions, organisation and management all in your hands

  • Only suitable for experienced developers who are aware of requirements

Two: consultancy service.

With over 15 year’s in the industry, 7 of our own completed developments and over 330 planning approvals in the past 5 years, we act as your lead consultant to manage your development for you. We’ll work on an hourly rate or percentage project fee to deliver best value and transparency and will deliver :

  • Initial Feasibility Analysis and Constraints/Opportunities Evaluation

  • Planning Strategy and Consultancy

  • Architectural Design Consultancy

  • Employer’s Agent role

  • Project Design Management

  • Tendering and Contract Administration

We value loyalty and building a long term relationship with the people we work alongside, and depending on the project and level of risk, sometimes the right fit is a joint venture or profit share arrangement.
