Meet Adam.

With 16 years in the industry and seven years as a property developer, I’ve built my career on a deep passion for design, creativity, and strategic development. My journey began as an architect, but I quickly realized that property development provided a more well-rounded perspective—one that combines vision, financial security, and the ability to bring truly unique spaces to life.

A key lesson I’ve learned is the importance of adaptability. When my previous employer closed due to reliance on a single client, I made it my mission to build multiple streams of income—spanning consultancy, architecture, development, and rental properties. This approach has given me the freedom to create, the security to grow, and the ability to help others navigate their own development journeys.

One of my most notable projects was the Lindum Terrace development, a £5 million joint venture in Lincoln that transformed an opportunity into a thriving residential space. My expertise lies in identifying potential, balancing planning strategy with cost and reward, and leveraging a trusted network of industry professionals to ensure smooth project delivery.

I take a structured, proactive approach with my clients, ensuring clear processes, defined roles, and efficient use of time. My goal is to build long-term working relationships with a handful of key clients—valuing each other’s strengths and collaborating with specialists who excel in their own niches. I believe in creating developments that are not only financially viable but also well-designed, high-quality living spaces that stand the test of time.

My property development journey began out of necessity when a close friend’s brother needed accommodation. That first project - a small HMO - quickly evolved into larger developments, including land acquisitions and full-scale residential builds. From that moment, I knew this was the path I wanted to follow.

Beyond my work, I’m a devoted family man with a young daughter and two dogs, supported by my incredible wife who keeps everything grounded. I bring the same level of dedication, dependability, and proactive problem-solving to every project I take on, ensuring that my clients achieve success with confidence.
